GEZE TS3000EC GUIDE RAIL DOOR CLOSER

Surface mounted rack and pinion door closer with guide rail suitable for single action right and left closing doors with low opening force and high efficiency that assists with conformance to BS8300 and Approved Document M of the Building Regulations.

Key Features – Opening Force 
The TS 3000 EC and TS 3000 EC BC are variants of the TS 3000 V. The physical size and appearance are exactly the same as the TS 3000 V but the closer has been modified to achieve a much reduced door opening force specifically to assist with compliance to BS8300 and Approved Document M of the Building Regulations.

The TS 3000 EC can be used on doors sizes 826mm to 950mm provided consideration is given to other installed hardware and differential air pressures within the building to ensure the door set meets the recommendations of BS8300 and Approved Document M of the Building Regulations.

Guide rails are supplied separately to achieve the following applications;

Standard application - TS3000 EC / EC BC surface mounted door closer supplied with fixing pack and fitting instructions used with a standard guide rail

Manual hold open - TS3000 EC / EC BC surface mounted door closer supplied with fixing pack and fitting instructions used with a mechanical hold-open device and guide rail (not suitable for fire door applications)

24V DC Electro hold open - TS3000 EC surface mounted door closer supplied with fixing pack and fitting instructions used with an Electro-mechanical hold-open via guide rail (release devices by others)
